When you join our waitlist or contact us, we collect the information you provide: your email address, name, and message content. We do not collect any data beyond what you explicitly submit.

How we use your data

We use your email address solely to notify you about bookbase product updates and launch availability. Contact form submissions are used to respond to your inquiry. We will never sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties.

Form processing

Our forms are processed by Basin (usebasin.com). Submissions are stored securely on their servers. Please refer to Basin's privacy policy for details on their data handling practices.

Bot protection

We use Cloudflare Turnstile to protect our forms from automated abuse. Turnstile may collect limited interaction data to verify you are human. See Cloudflare's privacy policy for details.

Analytics

We use Rybbit, a privacy-friendly analytics service, to understand how visitors use this site. Rybbit does not use cookies and does not collect personal information. All data is aggregated and anonymous.

Your rights

You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us. We will remove your information from all systems within 30 days of your request.
